NETVERSANT NATIONAL OPERATIONS CENTER

NETVERSANT National Operations Center (NNOC) is a unique support group within NETVERSANT that provides our customers with 24/7/365 days a year order processing, dispatch support, service request management and nationwide project roll-out support. The NNOC supports NETVERSANT's four operational platforms: Network Infrastructure, Wireless Mobility, Enterprise Communications and Integrated Security.

The NNOC is located in Fremont, CA and is staffed 24/7/365 day a year. Our experienced Customer Service Representatives and Customer Advocates manage our customers’ day-to-day activity, from a MAC or repair request to a full nationwide roll-out. We work closely with our customers to coordinate dispatches and complete the work on time and on budget.

In addition to 24-hour access and nationwide coverage, NETVERSANT provides our customers with access to iSupport, our online tool. Our customers can access iSupport from any computer with internet access, giving them full access to their tickets and total control. Customers can submit requests online, get e-mail notification, update tickets and get real time status information.
