Jim Phillips serves as Vice President - Operations of NetVersant Solutions. Mr. Phillips has extensive experience in high-tech ventures, having been associated for 15 years with GE where he was directly involved in eight technology-related start-ups that rolled into GE's core competencies, including GE Plastics, GE Corporate Technical and GE Calma. Having served most recently as Vice President, Mr. Phillips completed more than five years of GE's intensive Six Sigma training and is drawing upon his expertise in applying similar process education into NetVersant's operational model. He was also associated previously as Vice President of the technical business unit of The Matra Group, a France-based technical company, and as a principal of a reseller start-up venture. Mr. Phillips has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
