Chip
Goetzinger joined NetVersant Solutions in November 1999 and serves as Vice President
- Operations & Administration. From August 1998 to November 1999, Mr. Goetzinger
served as Vice President - Operations for publicly traded Consolidated Graphics,
Inc., with printing companies operating in 25 states and annualized revenues of
approximately $650 million. From September 1993 to August 1998, he served as Vice
President of Finance for Nabors Drilling USA, the largest operating subsidiary
of Nabors Industries, Inc., a publicly traded drilling contractor. A Certified
Public Accountant, Mr. Goetzinger previously spent eight years in various audit
and consulting disciplines with Price Waterhouse in Houston, Texas. He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University.
