Mike Harwell joined NetVersant in January 2000 as Vice President & Controller. From January 1994 - December 1999, Mr. Harwell was associated with Nabors Industries, Inc., a Houston-based publicly traded drilling contractor, where he most recently served as Corporate Controller. After graduating from Texas A&M; University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he joined Ernst & Young LLP in June 1991. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Harwell remained with the accounting firm until January 1994, where his most recent position was Audit Senior.
