Carol Parmer joined NetVersant in April 2000 as Vice President - Human Resources to provide corporate-wide human resources services in the areas of employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, safety, and training and development. During her professional career, Ms. Parmer has served in a number of human resources capacities for a wide range of industries. She most recently served as Vice President - Human Resources & Environmental Compliance from October 1998 - April 2000 for Houston-based Consolidated Graphics, Inc. Ms. Parmer has also served in a human resources capacity with the Texas Workforce Commission, University of Houston, Texas Commerce Bank, City of Houston, Energy Services International, Geosource (Halliburton Co.), WKM Valve Manufacturing and Texas A&I; University. Ms. Parmer graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Stephen F. Austin University.
