JAMES D. ALGER
Jim Alger joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Alger has served as President of New York City-based Intelligent Building Systems since he founded the company in 1995. During his career, he has also served as Vice President of E. J. Telecommunications (1991 - 1995), Project Manager for George Kleinknecht Telecommunications (1986 - 1991) and in various positions with AT&T.;
CHARLIE CASTILLO, JR.
Charlie Castillo joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Castillo has served as President of Houston, Texas-based Integrated Telecommunications, Inc. since he founded the company in 1988.
JOHN M. CHELSTOWSKI
John Chelstowski joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Chelstowski has served as President of Apex Communications, Inc., based in Mountain View, California, since he cofounded the company in 1984.

FRANK E. FOSTER
Frank Foster joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Foster has served as President of Kirkland, Washington-based Macro Com, Inc. since 1996, having joined the company in 1991.
STEVEN S. HARTER
Steve Harter has been a director of NetVersant since October 1999. Harter is the President and Managing Partner of Houston-based Notre Capital Ventures II, LLC and Notre Capital Ventures III, LLC. Notre has successfully created eight companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange and completed the successful private placement offerings of NetVersant Solutions, Inc. and Hostcentric, Inc. Prior to becoming President of Notre, he was Senior Vice President of Notre Capital Ventures, Ltd. From April 1989 to June 1993, Mr. Harter was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Allwaste, Inc., a publicly traded industrial service company. From May 1984 to April 1989, he was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Harter also serves as a director of three Notre-backed, Houston-based publicly traded companies -- Comfort Systems USA, Inc., Metals USA, Inc. and TransCom USA, Inc.
RUSSELL D. HAYSLIP
Russ Hayslip joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Hayslip has served as President of Milpitas and Sacramento, California-based T & R Communications, Inc. since he cofounded the company in 1982.
JEFFREY C. HINES
Jeff Hines joined NetVersant's Board of Directors in May 2000. He serves as President of Hines, one of the world's largest real estate firms. Hines controls 70 million square feet of real estate across the United States and in 12 foreign markets. Since joining the firm in 1981, Mr. Hines has been instrumental in the major expansion of the firm's holdings, products and services, as well as the dramatic increase of the company's capital and the reinforcement of the firm's reputation for excellence. Mr. Hines directed the development of the firm's first $410 million Emerging Markets Fund to foster new development projects in emerging international markets. He was a key participant in the development of the firm's domestic and international acquisition program, responsible for acquiring in excess of $1.5 billion of properties. Mr. Hines graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
JAMES E. MACKEY
Jim Mackey joined the Board of Directors when NetVersant acquired its seven founding companies in February 2000. Mr. Mackey is associated with Seattle, Washington-based Evergreen Companies. He has served as President of Evergreen Electrical since he founded the company in 1979, and Mr. Mackey cofounded Evergreen Technologies in 1990 and Evergreen Computer Services in 1995.

WILLIAM F. MURDY
Bill Murdy became a director of NetVersant in February 2000. Murdy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Systems USA, Inc., a leading national provider of comprehensive HVAC services and maintenance, repair and replacement of HVAC systems. From July 1999 - June 2000, Mr. Murdy was interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Club Quarters, a privately owned chain of membership business hotels. From January 1997 through June 1999, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of publicly traded LandCare USA. From 1989 through December 1997, Mr. Murdy was President and Chief Executive Officer of General Investment and Development Company, a privately owned real estate operating company. From 1981 to 1989, he served as the Managing General Partner of the Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Fund. From 1974 to 1981, Mr. Murdy was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, among other positions, of Pacific Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company involved primarily in petroleum refining and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
