NETVERSANT LAUNCHES - Uniquely Responsive to IT Community

Clearwater, Florida, November 6, 2025 - NetVersant Technologies, Inc. announces newly established headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. NetVersant, a privately held company, provides the IS/IT professional with select software products, information, and resources to help solve their most pressing network problems.

The core of NetVersant's business is based on uncovering the best solution for a current need in the market and bringing that solution direct to the IS/IT professional. NetVersant listens to IS/IT staff through monthly mail- and web-based surveys to determine their needs. The company is not a reseller in the traditional sense. NetVersant will not offer competing products, but will focus on category domination for each of its Strategic Partners. In addition, NetVersant is developing its own line of branded software based on the surveyed needs and wants.

According to Mike Siewruk, President and CEO, "NetVersant is poised to take advantage of corporate America's move to Microsoft Windows NT as their operating system of choice." He continued, "There are plenty of new and powerful software solutions being developed for the NT network, but many niche ISVs don't have the resources or credibility to sell into large corporations, academic institutions and the government. They lose sales opportunities while the Corporate market misses great solutions. We represent a unique channel of distribution that is customer-centric and designed to bring everyone together."

To support these emerging software developers, NetVersant created the ShareQuest Program.

ShareQuest allows software developers who do not have the resources to, or would rather not perform sales and marketing functions in-house, to aggressively market their products into the Corporate, Government and Academic markets. Through this program, NetVersant is the link between the MIS group and emerging software companies with superior niche solutions to network problems. NetVersant manages marketing, sales, fulfillment, billing and collections for all its Strategic Partners. ImageCast by MicroHouse and Year2000.exe from 21st Century COBOL Conversions are two of the first products offered through the ShareQuest program.

NetVersant's staff consists of experienced industry professionals. Their goal is to build long term and loyal customer relationships using NetVersant's Total Customer Care process. The process begins with customer surveys to determine what MIS truly needs and wants solution-wise. These solutions are offered through an Evaluation/Purchase sales model which allows MIS to fully test the product before purchasing it. Post-sale, every customer is assigned a proactive customer service agent, called a Facilitator, who assists and supports the customer throughout the relationship.

NetVersant Technologies was founded in 1997 by Mike Siewruk. As Co-founder of Landmark Research, Mike grew the company to over 20 million dollars in sales before being acquired by Quarterdeck in 1995. The renamed "Quarterdeck Select" remained in Clearwater, and grew rapidly into an industry leading direct-sales force of 200 professional sales people under Mike's direction.

The management team includes Riggs Eckelberry as a principal and Vice-President of Marketing, founder of Los Angeles-based Riggs Eckelberry Marketing Group, an innovative online marketing agency. Eckelberry, who was previously Quarterdeck's Director of Strategic Marketing, brings to the table world-class strategic and product marketing talents. Also joining the team as principal and Vice-President of Sales is Chris Ferrante, who has established and built corporate direct sales teams for Xtree, Central Point Software, Thomas-Conrad and Quarterdeck in the past.
