WILLIAM L. FIEDLER

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Human Resources & Secretary

William L. "Bill" Fiedler has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NetVersant Solutions since October 1999. In February 2005, he also was appointed as head of Human Resources for the Company.

From November 1997 through October 1999, Mr. Fiedler was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of LandCare USA, Inc., a publicly traded commercial landscaping company. From February 1994 through October 1997, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Allwaste, Inc., a publicly traded industrial services company, and from February 1990 through January 1994, was Senior Counsel of Allwaste. Prior to that, Mr. Fiedler served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Sentra Securities Corporation, a NASD registered broker-dealer.

Mr. Fiedler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a J.D. from the University of San Diego.
