SCOTT L. FORDHAM
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Scott Fordham has served as Chairman of the Board
and Chief Executive Officer of NetVersant Solutions since the
Company's inception in September 1999 and was involved in the
organization of the Company and the acquisition of the founding
companies. Mr. Fordham has extensive experience managing and
operating a geographically diverse multi-location business,
which is important in light of NetVersant's long-term growth
strategy.
From September 1997 until September 1999, Mr.
Fordham served as Executive Vice President - Operations of publicly
traded Consolidated Graphics, Inc., with printing companies
operating in 25 states and annualized revenues of approximately
$650 million. He was involved in the day-to-day operations and
supervision of operating units across the country. From April
1991 until August 1998, Mr. Fordham held various positions,
including President beginning in February 1993, with Chas. P.
Young Co., a financial printer and wholly-owned subsidiary of
Consolidated Graphics, Inc. From May 1981 until April 1991,
Fordham, who is a Certified Public Accountant, held various
positions with Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as Senior
Manager in the firm's audit practice. He holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
