REAGAN S. BUSBEE

Regional Vice President

Reagan Busbee is Regional Vice President of NetVersant’s South/Southeast Region, a position he assumed in August 2005. Prior to joining NetVersant, Busbee in May 2001 founded and led a three-company entrepreneurial apparel venture. From January 1997 to May 2001, he was a founding management team member and Senior Vice President of Comfort Systems USA, a publicly traded commercial HVAC company, where he was involved with operations and mergers and acquisitions. From June 1992 to December 1996, Busbee was associated with publicly traded Consolidated Graphics as vice president of one of its commercial printing subsidiaries. His career began in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. from August 1986 to May 1992. Busbee graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lamar University.
