Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ronnie Hale served as Vice President - Finance and Treasurer of NetVersant from December 1999 to June 2005 and was named Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in July 2005. From September 1996 through December 1999, he was Vice President and Treasurer of Consolidated Graphics, Inc., with printing companies operating in 25 states and annualized revenues of approximately $650 million. Upon graduation from Texas A&M; University, Mr. Hale joined KPMG Peat Marwick in Houston, Texas, last serving as a Senior Manager in the firm's audit practice. Mr. Hale has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
