Ken Watler is Vice President - Corporate Development of NetVersant, a position he has held since November 1999. Mr. Watler's primary responsibility is handling the Company's merger and acquisition activities. From June 1998 through October 1999, he was Director of Corporate Development at LandCare USA, Inc., a publicly traded commercial landscaping company. From December 1997 through its sale in June 1998, Mr. Watler was Manager of Development of HomeUSA, Inc., a publicly traded manufactured housing company. From January 1997 - November 1997, he was Mergers & Acquisitions Manager of IKON Office Solutions, a publicly traded document management and network solutions company. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Watler was associated with Price Waterhouse, L.L.P. from August 1993 to December 1996. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
