Frank Montfort joined NetVersant Solutions in November 1999
as Senior Vice President - Operations & Development and was
named Chief Operating Officer in October 2000. His extensive
management experience encompasses a wide range of industries.
From March 1998 to November 1999, Mr. Montfort served as a consultant
to Notre Capital Ventures, widely noted for setting the pace
for consolidations by targeting the best of the best companies
in industries that are ripe for major transformations. From
February 1997 through February 1998, he served as a consultant
to Notre Capital Ventures and then as Senior Vice President
of Market Development for Home USA, Inc., a publicly traded
manufactured housing company. From 1995 until 1997, Mr. Montfort
was a consultant to American Residential Services, Inc., a publicly
traded heating, ventilation and air conditioning company. From
1992 until 1995, he served as Regional Vice President of American
Ecology Corp., a publicly traded waste services company. During
his career, Mr. Montfort also held various executive positions
with Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., a publicly traded waste
management corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
and a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State
University.
